Meet Puppet Designer and maker, Avery Jones

Meet the man behind the puppet! Avery Jones, the talented puppet maker, and designer show us his process in creating Gingy for the Springer's production of Shrek the Musical.

Avery's other puppet creations have been featured in the Springer’s productions of Cinderella, Little Shop of Horrors, and The Borrowers.

Avery also created Slappy, one of the most popular villains from R.L. Stein’s Goosebumps, for the Goosebumps films featuring Jack Black as the voice of Slappy.
