Tickets are non-refundable. In advance of an event, tickets may be exchanged for a different date, provided there are seats available, fees may apply. Tickets may not be exchanged for a different production. After the date, no refunds will be given.
EVERYONE attending a ticketed event, including all children regardless of age, must have a ticket. This is required to comply with fire codes and to ensure the safety of all our patrons.
Not all performances are appropriate for all ages. Please be sure to read all information on the individual event pages prior to purchasing your tickets.
For performances in our Emily Woodruff Hall, our lobby opens one hour prior to performances and seating begins approximately thirty minutes before the start of the performance.
For performances in our Dorothy McClure Theatre, our lobby opens two hours prior to performances and seating begins approximately thirty minutes before the start of the performance.
At the discretion of management and in compliance with the artists’ contractual agreement, latecomers will be seated at appropriate intervals during events.escription text goes here

Overview: Tickets are available for $7 for patrons who meet specific eligibility requirements. To qualify, patrons must be at least 18 years old and enrolled in one or more of the following assistance programs: Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), Women, Infants, and Children (WIC), General Assistance, Medical Assistance, Section 8 Housing, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Social Security Disability, Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program, or Free/Reduced School Meals. In our first year, we are limiting this program to 40 households.
How to Enroll: Patrons must come to the Box Office in person to complete a simple enrollment form verifying participation in one of the eligible programs and present a photo ID. The completed form will be kept on file for one year, after which updated information will be required to renew membership.
How to Purchase Tickets: Once enrolled, members may purchase up to four tickets for select performances. Gateway members will receive an email notification 4–5 days before the opening of each eligible show, when tickets become available. Tickets can then be purchased by phone, in person, or at the box office. Enrollment is limited to 40 households in the first year.

About 8 to 48 hours before showtime, you’ll get a message with a link to grab tickets at the Curtain Call rate. Act fast – only a limited number of discounted tickets are available, and they’re first-come, first-served! Then stop by the box office up to an hour prior to showtime and our box office staff will issue you your tickets with your assigned seats.What’s the Catch?

Full-time students of any age can purchase tickets online for only $10. The discount link for Student Rush will be posted to the website between 7:00 - 7:30 pm prior to select performances and announced on the Springer's social media channels the day of or 24 hours before showtime.
